DIY Fabric Yoyo

Hello!

I few weeks ago me and my mum went to this craft night and there was this really nice lady who showed us and all these other ladies some craft ideas. She showed needle felting, pom pom making, crocheting and heaps of other things. Sadly I didn't get to take any photos, but we were taught how to make these really cute fabric yoyos so I really wanted to show you guys how to make them too!

 You will need:

  • Fabric
  • Needle and thread
  • Scissors
  • A circle to trace around
  • Pen (not shown)
  • Buttons

Trace around your circle onto the fabric using your pen
 Then cut it out
Thread your needle and tie it at the end
Stitch loosely around the outside scrunching it us you go around
Once you have gone all the way around, go through some pleats and knot the end 2-3 times
Then to finish it and make it neater you can sew on a button (or glue it)
 And your done!!

In the picture above is the one a made at the craft night. They are so quick and easy to make I just love them.
I hope you enjoy this tutorial!
