5 Fun Christmas Cards

Sure you can go buy Christmas cards, but why not make one? Handmade cards are really personal and lovely to receive. So today I am going to show you 5 simple yet pretty Christmas cards.

Paint chip Trees
This card looks so cute and can be made so personally just by adjusting colours and the angle of the triangle.
 You will need:
• Plain card
• Green paint chips
• Glue stick
• Yellow buttons
• PVA Glue*
• Scissors*
• Ruler*

Method:
First I measured the centre at the top of the paint chip and drew lines extending to the bottom corners and cut it out to create a triangle. Repeat until you have desired amount, then arrange them on your card and glue them down. Now glue on the yellow buttons to the top of each tree, I recommend PVA glue for this.
Christmas Lights
This card is super simple, cute and probably looks better if you are neater than me (I have bad handwriting).
You will need:
• Plain card
• Pencil
• Eraser
• Black pen
• Coloured pens

Method:
Use the pencil to sketch out the design above before going over with the black pen. Now fill in the lights with your coloured pens.
Hanging Baubles
This has to be one of my favourites! I love how simple yet unique it is, everyone's will be completely different.
You will need:
• Plain card
• Buttons
• Black pen
• PVA Glue*

Method:
Lay your buttons out until it looks good then add lines going from the top to the button, I also added the top part of the bauble. Lastly glue down the buttons (you can even layer them).
Baubles
This one has 2 simple variations, which I both love!
You will need:
• Plain Card
• Paint chips
• Decorations (crochet hearts, buttons, ect.)
• Sharpie
• Something circular
• Glue stick*
• PVA glue
• Coloured pencils*
• Black pen*

Method 1:
Using the circular object trace out a circle onto your paint chip and cut it out. Draw the baubles string with a sharpie and glue the baubles onto the card. Now use PVA glue to glue on decorations, I used crochet hearts. To finish it off I used the sharpie to make dots around the bauble.

Method 2:
Again use the circular object to trace out a circle onto your paint chip and cut it out. I use coloured pencils and a black pen to draw some baubles in the background before gluing the bauble/circle in the middle. Then decorate the bauble however you like.
 Paint Chip Presents (yay?)
This card is SO cute and perfect for everyone, just change the colour and present size.
You will need:
• Plain card
• Paint chips
• Glue stick
• Black pen
• Decorations (stickers are pictured but in the end I used a stamp)

Method:
Cut out rectangles from your paint chips, arrange them on your card and glue them down. Add some ribbon and bows with a black pen and decorate the top with anything you like (stamps, stickers, draw something, ect.) or you could leave it blank.

Aren't they wonderful! I worked really hard on this post and I hope you like it. If you make any of these I would love to see it so please send a photo!
I really want to fit in more Christmas posts so look out for some soon :)
