Blogilates Beginner's Workout

HEY!
I'm really excited to tell you this, because I love telling people things, tomorrow I am starting the Blogilates Beginner Workout Calendar.

I have been doing a boring ab exercise for a while now and thought it was time to jump into something fun and better for me, and this seems awesome! I like exercising, not to lose weight, but to gain muscles. I was SO weak before starting a basic ab workout, and I am so glad I did because I have gain muscles (YAY), I can now hold a plank for 2 mins!

Anyway, why I decided to share this with you was because I thought maybe someone else wanting to get fit and gain muscles would like to join in with me. We could tell each other how we went and maybe guide each other through hard exercises. I am really keen on doing this, so if you would like to join in with me please contact me somewhere :)

  1. I did blogilates for a whole year back in 2013, it was great for a while but it's no longer really my thing. Best of luck with it though! Go and get those muscles! xx
