Hello Everyone!
Now this might be a bit late for New Years changes, but it doesn't have to be a new year for you to improve your life. These small things are something I believe will improve your life and make you happier, you might not want to do all of them but I recommend trying at least one.
• Change your sleep pattern
This doesn't just mean get more sleep but to go to bed earlier so you can wake up earlier, I know its hard but try it. It will feel like there is more time in the day and you will get more things done.
• Stretch
Ah, a good stretch will make you feel really good, whether you do basic or more advanced stretches. I recommend trying some of Cassey's stretch videos if you don't know where to start.
• Make instead of buy
Making things is great and this goes for a lot of things, don't buy cupcakes full of preservatives make your own, you don't need that $50 bedroom decoration when you can make it for way cheaper. Making your own things not only saves money but you will be really satisfied and happy with yourself.
• Have time off technology
Technology is really great but sometimes you just need a break, instead go for a walk, read a book, garden, play a board game with family or friends. You don't have to do this everyday but every once in a while you need some time to get away.
• Explore new things
This week try and do something new, it could be a new craft, fashion idea, make-up look, writing style, app, hairstyle, work out. You get the point, whatever you like doing do it differently. You never know, you might like it better.
One thing I need to work on is my sleeping pattern, I want to wake up earlier and now that schools back I'm starting to get in the swing of things. Are you going to try one of these things?
