I just started yoga, I have always liked the look of yoga it's just so pretty and when I stopped pilates I thought it would be the perfect opportunity for me start it, I just waited a few months. I have been doing Yoga with Adriene's videos and following her 30 Days of Yoga. I love her videos because she is honest, funny and gives different options for the yoga poses and transitions.
I have been doing the video at the end of the day to relieve the back ache from being on the computer or sitting on the floor (I do that a lot more than the average person) before relaxing on the lounge (or bed) to some crocheting, reading or watching TV. I like doing yoga in dim lighting as its relaxing and looks really (really) pretty, so I turn on my fairy lights and cool arrow light.
Firstly lets clear this up. Yoga is definitely NOT as easy as it looks I have always known that but still crazy me over here gave it ago. Two things that were super hard to do that I have got better at are a plank and lifted lunge, ahh the pain. They are easier to do and less painful, Yay!
Lets hope I stick with this one! Have you tried Yoga before? Have you ever wanted to try? Let me know your thought on this :)

Yay for yoga! I've not announced it on my blog yet but I'm going to be a yoga instructor for 8 weeks over in the US in a month, I'm so excited! I think yoga is definitely for everyone and I hope you stick to it! x

Ohhh I just started doing yoga in April (because of that other fairy that commented about it: Erin)! When I remember what the first few weeks were like, it surprises me to see I've definitely been improving slowly but surely! I used to shake in downward dog but now it's becoming that relaxing pose that everyone promised it would be. Glad to see other people taking yoga up and loving it oh so much. ♥
