I'm Upside-down

Hey everyone!
Lately I have been really working on handstands. I used it fear handstands and now I love doing them. I have 0 arm muscles so doing them is a challenge but once I'm up (and balancing) its so exciting! I usually fall because I'm so excited.
So on my handstand journey (sounds fancy) I have learnt a few things that I thought I would share with you.

Handstand Tips
1. Stretch
This is very important because you don't want to hurt yourself while doing these. Here are some ways to stretch for a handstand
Wrists: put your hands together and interlock your fingers, then make circles both ways
Arms: Make big circles (from your legs to your head) forward and backward
Legs: Try to touch your toes, then the left side of your left foot, then the right side of your right foot

2. Use the right technique
Doing handstands wrong might not be the best idea, so check out some youtube videos to get the right technique. Your technique also depends on what your doing, Gymnastics or Yoga? They have different techniques of getting up, I suggest trying the gymnastics why first to build strength before trying the yoga way. I'm working on doing the yoga way a bit but my main focus is the gym way.

3. Use a wall
It doesn't matter what technique your using, you probably won't be able to do handstand in the middle of nowhere yet. A great help that you might have heard of is to practise on a wall, it doesn't even have to be a wall you can use a fence if you want, I like using the cubby house/dog house(spoilt dog) and a big tree in our yard too. When you start lean on the wall completely then after a while try and lift your legs off the wall and balance on your own
