How to Take Your Blog to the Next Level

How to Take Your Blog to the Next Level
Heyy!
I while ago I wrote a post on about blogging tips new bloggers should know and I thought I would write about taking your blog further. So if you are a new blogger go check that post out first.

Be yourself, Write what you love
This is a BIG 'tip' I saw many blogs saying this for a while but didn't completely take their advise but I really want you to. There are so many blogs out there and if you want to be noticed just be yourself and show everyone what you love. For example I read fashion blogs and craft blogs and I love both topics but I be love more than that, I love Blythe Dolls, Room deco, Photography all that good stuff and more but I never really felt like I should post them, but I do now and I love it.

Keep it organised
When I say keep it organised I mean two things. Firstly, the design of your blog shouldn't be full of every random thing thats cute and doesn't anything to with your blog, to make it easier for your readers to flick through your blog have labels and categorise your posts so they find what they want fast. Secondly, you could keep a blog book to help you remember posts you want to do, upcoming design changes and blog related reminders, this is what helps me stay organised and I have post ideas to go to when I am having an idea shortage.

Don't get stressed, keep it fun
With all that said, don't stress if you can't post everyday or the day you want to, its ok to have a few days off if you need to, because at the end of the day blogging should remain fun even if its your 'job'. I have been through a stressed blogging stage, it wasn't fun and I hardly even posted anyway (waste of stress).

Interact
When someone comments on a post don't just read it and feel happy, reply to them and make them feel happy too!
Also try to interact with others bloggers through social media (its your bestie when it comes to making friends with blogs). You can not only gain friends but new readers too, and thats always good!

Forget the negative, focus on the positive
When you get negative comments don't ever take it personally, they just want attention. I highly doubt anyone successful hasn't got at least 1 negative comment ever! Just delete the comment or email and forget about it because thinking about it isn't going to do any good.

Limit Social Media
Social media can be great for sharing your blog and making new friends and readers but you can't update all the social media accounts out there at once. Try to limit your accounts, remember Quality over Quantity. I use Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest, I think they are some of the most popular to use.

So thats all the tips I have for you today. I really hope you found this helpful and by no means was I telling you to change your blog, i just wanted to give you some handy advice :)

What are your favourite blogging tips?
